Having Trouble?

UH, OH...... Having trouble logging in to the system?
We want to help you. Here are some steps that may work....

NEW MEMBER?
     When your membership is approved by the RMHA Board, you'll receive an email notice with a link to create a password.

ESTABLISHED MEMBER?
     Some browsers work better than others (Google Chrome seems to work best).
     If you can't try another web browser (or you did and it still doesn't work, you can try the dreaded "clear caches" command on your browser and see if that fixes the issue.
     If you still can't log in, you can try resetting your password.
     An email should arrive in your email inbox within a few seconds of asking to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam files, if you don't see it.
     If you don't receive an email, please send an email to the office or call to verify/update the email address in your membership file.
              
TRYING TO RESET PASSWORD AND DIDN"T GET AN EMAIL?
     If you go through the steps to reset your password and you don't receive an email in a few seconds, you probably aren't using the email address that is in your membership file.

NOTHING WORKS....
     The silly thing won't let you in? Sorry - that's frustrating! We apologize for the delay. The best next step is to send an email to the office.
     We will look into the problem and get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for letting us know.
